DESIGN
+ How do I place a custom order?
Send us a design request through our custom order form. Please include as much detail as you can, we are here to help. Once your request is placed, you’ll receive an email confirming we have received it. A non refundable $50 deposit will be due in order to get the design started. This deposit will go towards your total when the design is confirmed.
+ How long does it take to confirm my custom order?
Design time take 5-7 business days. We will send 6-8 sketches to choose from. If there are any additional changes, we will make sketch updates accordingly. When your design is confirmed, we will send an estimate to confirm price and get to work.
+ How long is the production time for custom orders?
Once your design is confirm, production time is 2-3 weeks, unless otherwise noted when order is confirmed. Custom orders can be rushed for an additional fee of $100.
+ What fabrics/ colors/ trims are available?
Check out our menu to see all the options available for custom designs. If you dont find what you are looking for, email us, and we will do our best to source what you are looking for
+ Can I add sponsor logos?
Absolutely! Please add this request into the notes in the custom order form. When the request is received, we will request artwork files be emailed and we will send an updated sketch to confirm placement. If you need to add a sponsor logo after your final design is confirmed, email us and we will do our best to accomodate.

+ How does pricing work for custom orders?

+ How do I know what size to order?

ORDERING
+ How long before my order ships?
Once your design is confirmed, production time is currently 2-3 weeks. When your order is ready, you will receive an email to confirm all final images of your style as well as an invoice for final payment. When payment is received, we will email you with your tracking number. Check out our shipping page here for all other shipping info you’ll need.
+ Can I change/ cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, we are happy to accomodate change or cancellations if your design has not started production. Please email us at info@dpstudionyc.com or contact us through our contact page. Please note that deposits are non refundable and there will be an additional $50 charge for changes made after designs are confirmed.
+ What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Zelle payments, as well as all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
+ How do I care for my custom order?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
+ What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all purchases within 30 days. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchases. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns are not accepted for custom orders, however, if you are unhappy with your order, please email us and we will do our best to make it right.
+ What is your exchange policy?
We will happily accept exchanges on your items within 30 days of purchase. Email us at info@dpstudionyc.com or contact us through our contact page, and we will send you a shipping label for the item you would like to exchange. Exchanges are not accepted on custom orders.
+ How can I exchange my order?
If you would like to exchange your order, please Email us about the order you would like to exchange. If your exchange is approved, we will email a shipping label for you to ship the unwanted item back to our studio. Once we have received your exchange order, we will ship your new order and email your tracking confirmation.
+ When can I expect my refund?
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7-10 business days.
+ What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
