CHEST

Measure under your arms around the fullest part of the chest. The measuring tape should be flat and comfortable across your back.

WAIST

Measure around the narrowest part of your torso. Be sure to keep the measuring tape flat and comfortable.

HIP

Standing with your heels together, measure around the fullest part of your hips.

HIP
