Shipping

Standard domestic orders are shipped via USPS.

Within the continental U.S. this takes 5-10 business days: packages headed to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/DPO sites can take up to 2-4 weeks once your order is marked as 'shipped'.

All shipments require an additional 5-10 business days for processing once you complete your order.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, some items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchases.

**Please note that all customized orders can not be returned. However, if you are unhappy with your order, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right.

Returns

Some items may be returned within 30 days of original purchase date. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

We will send you a shipping label, and your return will be processed once the item is received back to our studio.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7-10 business days.
