Shipping policy

Every d.P. Studio piece is made in the South Bronx. Here is how long it takes and how it gets to you.

Ready-to-Ship

Ready-to-Ship styles are our pre-made pieces with simple personalization, ordered directly through our shop. They ship in 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Team gear

Printed team pieces, including tees, tanks, hoodies, joggers and shorts, ship in 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

Made to order

Custom orders are made to order. Standard production is 10–14 business days. Your timeline starts the day your invoice is paid in full, and your invoice confirms your estimated ship date.

Rush

Need your order in under 7 business days? Add Rush for a flat $150. We confirm Rush availability and your ship date on your invoice before you pay. See our Refund Policy for our Rush guarantee.

What ship date means

Your ship date is the day your order leaves our studio or is ready for pickup. Carrier transit time is additional. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If your ship date changes

If a ship date is going to change, we email you the same day we know, with a new date. You can keep your order at the new date or cancel for a full refund. If a delay runs longer than 30 days, or an order is delayed a second time, we wait for your reply before continuing.

Pickup and gym drop-off

Custom orders can be picked up in the South Bronx or dropped off at Mendez Boxing Gym, by appointment only. We'll reach out to set a time and place. Ready-to-Ship orders ship to your door. For pickup instead, message us before ordering and we'll send you an invoice.

Shipping to your door

Standard shipping is $10, and free on orders over $300. Faster FedEx and UPS options are shown at live rates at checkout, or added to your invoice for custom orders. You'll get tracking by email when your order ships.
